Blog Your Way to Page One of Google

Terms and conditions for the 30 Day Blog Sprint

Page One Studio | Version 2 October 2026

These terms explain what is included in your booking, how payments and access work, and your rights if you need to cancel or something goes wrong.

1 Who we are

The sprint is provided by Sam Milburn trading as Page One Studio (we, us or our). You can contact us about your booking, cancellation or complaint at hello@pageonestudio.co.uk. Our website is www.pageonestudio.co.uk.

These terms apply specifically to Blog Your Way to Page One of Google, the 30 Day Blog Sprint. Please read them before booking and keep a copy. For this sprint, these terms take priority over our general Services Terms and Conditions where they conflict. Our website privacy and cookie policies explain how we handle personal information.

2 Your booking

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you book for a business, you confirm you have authority to do so. A booking is for one named participant unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Your contract begins when we email you confirming acceptance of your booking after successful payment of the full price or first instalment. A payment receipt alone is not acceptance unless it also confirms your place. If we cannot accept your booking, we will refund any payment received.

The sales description and specific promises made to you before booking form part of the agreement. These terms do not remove those promises or any rights you have by law. The version provided when you book applies to your booking.

3 What the sprint includes

The sprint guides you through researching, planning, writing, optimising and publishing one blog article for your own business. It covers practical SEO and AI search guidance through the Find It, Plan It, Write It, Optimise It and Publish It stages.

Your place includes the guided dashboard, 22 weekday tasks across the 30 calendar days, visibility of the task titles from the start, weekly video guidance, access to the participant Facebook group for peer feedback, and the advertised blog management and checklist tool. Previously released tasks remain available so you can catch up.

The cohort starts on Monday 2 November 2026 and finishes on 1st December The task release schedule and any scheduled live support sessions will be provided before the sprint begins. All advertised live support is included

We will provide the sprint with reasonable care and skill and supply the materials and support described when you book. The active guided support period ends with the cohort. Continued access to learning materials does not include unlimited ongoing personal support. The Facebook group support ends 7 days after the sprint finishes but you will retain access.

4 Payment

The pay-in-full price is £297. The proposed instalment option is two payments of £149, totalling £298. Your chosen total price and exact instalment dates must be displayed at checkout before you pay. All prices are in pounds sterling and include any applicable VAT and compulsory charges.

For the instalment option, the first payment is due when you book and the second is due one month later.By selecting that option, you authorise collection of the second payment using the payment method agreed at checkout. This is a payment plan for one purchase, not a rolling subscription.

Subject to your cancellation and other legal rights, both instalments remain payable even if you fall behind or choose not to participate. Cancelling a card or payment instruction does not itself cancel this agreement.

If a payment fails, we will contact you and allow at least seven days to resolve it. Please contact us if you are having difficulty. We may temporarily suspend access for an overdue, undisputed payment after that notice, but will restore it once resolved. We will not impose undisclosed late fees or suspend access merely because you raise a genuine complaint.

Any discount or promotion applies on the conditions stated before purchase. A later price change does not change your agreed price.

5 Access and technology

Booking reserves your place. It does not give immediate access to the sprint app. We will email setup instructions and the Facebook group invitation before the cohort starts. Course access begins on the advertised start date unless we expressly arrange earlier access with you.

You need a working email address, internet access, a suitable device and browser, and a website with a blog area where you can publish your article. A Facebook account is needed for the Facebook group. AI tools are used for research and planning; you may use your preferred tool. We will tell you before booking about any essential paid software. Optional third-party subscriptions are your responsibility.

Please keep your login private and contact us promptly if you cannot access something. Third-party platforms may occasionally be unavailable. If this affects delivery, we will take reasonable steps to restore access, offer an alternative or adjust the schedule. This does not remove your rights where we fail to deliver what was agreed.

Lifetime access means you can continue using the purchased sprint learning materials without renewal fees after the cohort ends. We may move them to another platform. If we discontinue the hosted course, we will give reasonable notice and provide downloadable learning materials or an equivalent way to retain them. This does not promise lifetime live coaching, a Facebook group or continuing software development.

The included blog management and checklist tool is available under the same conditions.

6 Your participation and results

You are responsible for making time for the tasks, writing and checking your article, choosing what to publish, and maintaining your website. Falling behind does not stop you returning to the available materials.

Please check AI suggestions, facts, citations, permissions and any claims in your article before publishing. Do not upload other people’s confidential information to AI tools without appropriate permission. Keep your own copies of your article and other important work.

The programme name describes its aim. We do not guarantee a particular Google position, indexing, an AI citation, traffic, enquiries, income or a result within a set time. Search engines and AI platforms make their own decisions, and results depend on your website, competition, content and implementation. This does not reduce our obligation to deliver the training and support promised.

7 Bonuses

Mini website audit: bookings accepted with the required payment completed before 11.59 pm UK time on Sunday 4 October 2026 qualify for the advertised free mini website audit. Please provide your website address when requested. The audit format, scope and delivery date will be scheduled over the month of November. It is a brief review and does not include implementing changes.

Blog sharing: if you publish the article created during the sprint within 30 calendar days after the cohort ends, you qualify for the advertised website link and sharing through our social channels and email list. Send the published URL to hello@pageonestudio.co.uk by that deadline. We will complete the sharing within.

We will link to your article and may use its title, a short extract, your business name and an image you authorise to introduce it. You retain ownership. We will not reproduce your full article without separate permission. You can ask us not to feature it, or withdraw permission for future use, by email.

Your article must be publicly accessible, relevant to your business and lawful. We will not share content that infringes rights, is defamatory, discriminatory or contains misleading claims. If there is a concern, we will explain it and offer a reasonable opportunity to correct it rather than refuse a promised bonus arbitrarily.

Sharing does not guarantee clicks, sales, indexing or a ranking benefit. We choose the presentation and publishing time. If a booked bonus cannot be delivered, we will discuss a suitable alternative or appropriate remedy with you.

8 Cancellation and refunds

We will consider a transfer, alternative arrangement or any refund appropriate to the circumstances before you have access to the course materials and within 7 days of payment.

Missing a session, not completing tasks or not achieving a hoped-for search result does not alone entitle you to a refund. Your rights if the programme is faulty, misdescribed or not delivered as agreed are unaffected. No provision requires you to pay for services we cancel or fail to provide without an appropriate remedy.

A consumer is an individual acting wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession. Whether you have consumer rights depends on your actual circumstances, not simply the label used at checkout. Nothing here limits a longer cancellation period or other remedy required by law.

9 Changes or cancellation by us

We may make reasonable minor changes to improve delivery, respond to a platform change or comply with law, provided they do not materially reduce what you purchased. We will tell you about changes affecting your participation.

If we propose a material change, such as moving the cohort to dates you cannot attend or removing a significant part of the offer, we will explain it and offer you the choice of accepting the change or cancelling the affected booking with an appropriate refund. If we cancel the whole sprint before delivery, we will refund all payments and cancel remaining instalments.

If illness, a serious outage or another event outside our reasonable control prevents delivery, we will tell you promptly and try to reschedule or provide a suitable alternative. If a substantial part cannot be delivered within a reasonable time, you may cancel that part and receive a proportionate refund. Your legal rights remain unaffected.

10 Materials and your own work

We own, or have permission to use, the course materials, videos, templates, frameworks and software. Your booking gives you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the learning materials and apply the methods to your own business. You may keep copies of materials offered for download.

You must not share logins, distribute or sell course materials, record sessions without permission, or reproduce our materials to deliver your own course or competing product. These restrictions do not prevent you applying what you learn, using your own knowledge or publishing your own original work.

You retain ownership of your article and other original contributions. Testimonials, identifiable case studies and promotional use of your participation require separate permission.

11 Community conduct and privacy

Please treat other participants respectfully. Do not harass, discriminate, repeatedly promote unsolicited offers, copy another participant’s work or share private group discussions outside the group without permission. Do not post information you do not have permission to share.

We may remove inappropriate content and normally explain a concern and give an opportunity to resolve it. For serious abuse, unlawful conduct or a risk to others, we may act immediately. Restrictions will be proportionate. Removal from a group will not automatically remove separately purchased learning access, and any termination or refund will be assessed fairly.

We ask participants to respect confidentiality, but cannot guarantee what other people do. Avoid sharing sensitive personal, client or business information unnecessarily.

If a live session is recorded, we will explain this in advance, who can view it and how long it will be available. Where practicable, you may keep your camera and microphone off and use an alternative way to ask questions. We will seek separate permission for promotional use of your image or voice.

We use your information for booking, payment, access and programme administration as explained in our Privacy Policy at www.pageonestudio.co.uk/privacy-policy. Operational emails are part of delivering your booking. Marketing preferences are handled separately; agreeing to these terms is not itself consent to marketing.

12 Problems and responsibility

If something is wrong, email hello@pageonestudio.co.uk with the details and the outcome you would like. We aim to acknowledge complaints within five working days and provide a substantive response within 14 days, or explain when you can expect one.

Where we have not provided services with reasonable care and skill or digital content does not meet applicable legal standards, we will provide the remedy required by law, which may include correction, repeat performance, repair, replacement or a price reduction or refund.

Nothing excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or anything that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

For consumers, we are responsible for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of this agreement or failure to use reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law. Consumer statutory rights are not limited by these terms.

For business customers only, and subject to the exceptions above, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including indirect loss of profit or business opportunity. Our total liability relating to the booking is limited to the total price paid or payable for it, only to the extent that this limitation is lawful and reasonable.

13 Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. For business customers, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Consumers retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in their home courts that apply under law. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply where legally possible. Changes to an existing booking must be agreed with you unless legally required.
