Sam Milburn (she/her)
Designer of Websites, Optimiser of Content, Multi-Passionate Entrepreneur
Hey I’m Sam - founder of Page One Studio.
I’m based in the UK, in a leafy village called Maxey, on the Lincolnshire border, a stone’s throw from the cobbled streets of Stamford; famous for Burghley House (filming location for Pride and Prejudice).
Stamford is a *Cotswold-esque’ kind of place that sparks my creativity when I need a surge of inspiration (usually with a strong coffee and homemade chocolate cake!).
I founded my business in 2018 following a career in marketing, super corporate, and it didn’t really lend itself to any kind of creative freedom.
Balancing career and family wasn’t working for me (like so many of us!) so I decided to take the leap and build something more flexible, helping small business owners tackle their biggest marketing challenges.
Fast forward to 2024 (the rise of AI), and I saw how a strategically designed content-rich website could not only boost visibility in Google but also achieve recommendations in AI tools like ChatGPT. My clients were getting actual results, doubling impressions and clicks, and I was getting the dopamine I needed!
My website soon helped me to grow a Facebook group to over 4,000 members (for reactive dog owners - I know, multi-passionate!).
But here’s the thing: optimised content on its own isn’t enough
You need a well-built, beautiful website that inspires your audience, builds trust, and offers a dreamy user experience. Your website can (and should) be stunning and strategic - bringing in consistent leads without needing to spend hours chasing social media trends.
Starting and growing a business was the best decision I ever made. Now I’m here to help turn your website into a powerful tool so you can continue to grow yours.
My project brochure covers all the types of work I do, the process, timeframes, pretty much everything!
To chat more, or if you have any unanswered questions, book a call. I promise I don’t mind, and I’m totally happy for you to bring cake, coffee, a dog (especially a dog) or just yourself.
